Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Aviation, Travel, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Progressive leadership experience managing complex operational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive improvements.
• Demonstrated experience leading leaders in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead through change and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Crew Air operation, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient air travel support for shipboard employees across Royal Caribbean Group brands.
• Oversee Team Leads, Supervisors, Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Specialists in Miami and Manila.
• Evolve operational processes with CAM leadership to improve cost efficiency, performance, and crew experience.
• Develop meaningful operational reporting and performance reviews to support informed decision-making.
• Partner with Technology, HRIS, Product, and external vendors to support automation initiatives and system enhancements.
