Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, operations, hospitality, aviation, travel, or a related field.
• Progressive leadership experience managing complex operational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive improvements.
• Demonstrated experience leading leaders in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead through change and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Crew Air operation, ensuring safe, reliable travel support for shipboard employees.
• Oversee Team Leads, Supervisors, Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Specialists in Miami and Manila.
• Drive operational excellence, financial stewardship, service delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with CAM leadership to evolve processes and build a scalable operating model.
• Use analytics to identify root causes, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Establish operational reporting and performance reviews for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Technology, HRIS, Product, and external vendors on automation initiatives.
• Drive cost efficiency while maintaining a high-quality crew experience.
