Job summary

You will partner with internal stakeholders to navigate legal risks while supporting business objectives in a fast-paced, global pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will have a JD, bar admission in the US or Canada, and at least six years of relevant experience at a top law firm or life sciences company.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in good standing (US or Canada).
• At least six years’ experience with a top law firm or global pharmaceutical company.
• Strong academic credentials and ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, review and advise on commercial contracts incl. customer, distributor and related contracts.
• Provide legal advice on advertising, promotional and brand activities.
• Review and advise on government pricing and price transparency laws; regulatory issues and compliance.
• Counsel on corporate governance, real estate, due diligence, manufacturing and other matters.
