As Dolby continues to evolve, the Senior Manager, Global Compensation will be an integral part of our Total Rewards team and play a critical role in shaping, delivering, and evolving global compensation programs. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution—partnering closely with business leaders and senior stakeholders to translate data into insights, support decision-making, and lead meaningful change across our compensation practices.
This role will be hybrid and can be based in San Francisco, CA or Atlanta, GA.
The salary range for this role is in San Francisco, CA: $191,000 – $234,000 base salary + bonus, equity, and benefits, in Atlanta, GA: $153,000 – $187,000 base salary + bonus, equity, and benefits which can vary if outside these locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
