About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven sales leader to grow licensing revenue for Dolby’s Living Room technologies across the U.S. consumer electronics market. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep industry expertise with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate complex deal cycles, and drive long‑term partnership value.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow key accounts, driving revenue through new and expanded business opportunities

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in technology sales or business development, ideally in consumer electronics or licensing
  • Proven success closing complex, high-value deals and managing strategic partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. consumer electronics landscape, particularly audio and smart home
  • Ability to influence senior decision-makers and navigate cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience structuring deals and working with legal and technical teams on licensing frameworks
  • Established relationships with top-tier Consumer Electronics brands preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical degree is a plus
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed

The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full‑time position is $170,600 – $234,200, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
