Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics & AI to join our US MedTech Surgery business, with an alternate location in Cincinnati, OH and NJ site. You will lead analytics workstreams, shape data products, and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Education to deliver AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial/marketing analytics; 3+ years hands-on analytics.
• Experience leading analytics across marketing, sales, customer engagement, or related functions; regulated industry preferred.
• Experience developing/maintaining semantic data models, data products, and reporting-ready assets.
• Experience with Agentic AI solutions or AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced commercial analyses evaluating customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, channel performance, sales impact and outcomes.
• Contribute to the analytics roadmap; identify scalable opportunities for analytics and AI enablement.
• Lead shaping and management of commercial data products, KPI calculations, workflows and curated datasets for dashboards and AI analytics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Technology, Data Science and external agencies for monthly reporting and insights generation.
• Partner with tech teams and vendors to maintain data pipelines and analytics products.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leaders and influence decisions with data-driven storytelling.
