Job summary
Pfizer Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager – Application Support & Ops Services to lead the AiMS Service Delivery function across global manufacturing systems.
You will drive technical resolutions for critical business applications, liaise between support teams, business units and Digital stakeholders, and oversee transition from deployment to long-term support managed by the MSP. The role emphasizes best-practice adoption, continuous process improvement, and opportunities to leverage automation and AI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related mathematical/engineering field with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with GxP environments and manufacturing systems.
- Experience in global application delivery and support and strong incident/change management skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee global Core environments support and incident resolution.
- Review service performance and define SLA participation.
- Provide domain knowledge and SME support across the stack.
- Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives in support operations.
- Manage incident and problem management processes and transitions from project to operations.
- Coordinate transition of support activities from project teams to ongoing support.
