Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Sr Manager – Application Support & Ops Services to lead the AIMS Service Delivery for global manufacturing systems. You will own production support, liaise with business and Digital stakeholders, and manage incident, problem, and change processes to ensure stable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or related mathematical or engineering field.
• 6+ years of experience in a similar role or domain.
• Familiarity with GxP environments.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing related systems.
• Knowledge of global application delivery and support.

Responsibilities

• Manage production support service for Pfizer’s Manufacturing systems globally.
• Act as liaison between support team, business and Digital stakeholders.
• Oversee incident, problem and maintenance processes; ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance.
• Lead transition from project/hypercare to long-term support with MSP.
• Drive continuous process improvement, automation, and adoption of AI in support operations.
