Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is hiring a Senior Manager for Workflow, Applications & Plug-ins in a hybrid role primarily located in Raritan/Titusville, NJ with US-based responsibilities. You will lead the engineering delivery of reusable GenAI applications and scientific workflows across R&D, translating priorities into robust designs and maintainable releases.

Qualifications

Master-level degree in AI/ML, Computer Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics, or related field with 3+ years hands-on AI/GenAI experience.
Proven track record delivering production AI software and leading complex technical work.
Strong fundamentals in AI/GenAI, including Python, APIs, version control, testing, and cloud delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated application delivery plan with milestones, capacity, dependencies and release risks across approved use cases.
Translate user stories into technical designs and document architecture decisions with partners.
Guide generation, retrieval and agent workflow implementation; evaluate build-vs-buy options for maintainability and cost.
Establish code review, automated testing and release practices with governance and security controls.
Coordinate integration with data products and vendor services; define deployment and monitoring handoffs.
