Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (J&J IM) is recruiting a Senior Manager – Workflow, Applications & Plug-ins to lead the engineering delivery of reusable GenAI applications and scientific workflows in the Data, Data Science and AI Org. The role focuses on translating priorities into robust designs, delivery plans, and maintainable releases across Raritan/Titusville, NJ, with a hybrid work model.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with platforms and business teams, guide evidence-grounded

Qualifications

Master's degree in AI/ML, CS, Engineering, Bioinformatics, or related field with 3+ years of hands-on AI/GenAI experience.
Proven track record delivering production software or AI applications and leading complex technical work.
Strong fundamentals in AI/GenAI, Python, APIs, version control, testing, and cloud delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated application delivery plan with milestones and release risks.
Translate user stories into technical designs and define interfaces with partners.
Guide generation, retrieval, and agent workflow implementation; evaluate build-vs-buy options.
