Qualifications

• Master's in AI/ML, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on AI/GenAI experience.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, cloud applications.
• Understanding of large language models, RAGs, and agent workflows.
• Proven delivery of production AI systems and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of reusable GenAI applications and scientific workflows for R&D.
• Translate product priorities into technical designs; implement evidence-grounded generation and retrieval workflows.
• Establish best practices for code review, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate integration with data products and vendor services.
• Mentor technical staff and communicate progress to leadership.
