ADP is hiring a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Engineer - AI & Application Protection. You will lead a senior engineering team building protective security capabilities for Generative AI and modern applications, translating evolving AI risks into engineering priorities and producing scalable security controls.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, architectural oversight, and rapid maturation of AI security practices in production environments.

Qualifications

• Leading software/platform/DevSecOps or security engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLM APIs and agentic systems.
• Experience growing technical engineers and guiding security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop engineers across AI and application protection engineering.
• Drive GenAI guardrails, LLM security controls, agentic security, and related AI workstreams.
• Translate ambiguous security problems into clear priorities, ownership, and plans.
