Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Application Security Architect to join its Product Security within the Global Security Organization. You will partner with product, engineering, and cloud teams to craft secure architectures and guide secure-by-design practices across the ADP ecosystem.

Lead security reviews, advise on GenAI/LLM security, and supervise threat modeling and cloud service security assessments. Strong communication and collaboration are essential for influencing leaders and advancing ADP's

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Application Security or related technical security roles.
• Deep expertise in application security architecture, cloud security, and GenAI security.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP) security capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Threat Modeling methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and zero-trust design.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline security and infrastructure-as-code security.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and evolve secure application architectures across multi-country environments.
• Conduct in-depth security architecture reviews with actionable requirements.
• Advise on GenAI, LLM, and AI/ML security including data protection and prompt injection mitigation.
• Perform security assessments of Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
• Influence solution architects, security champions, and developers to adopt secure-by-design principles.
• Support Threat Modeling activities using tools like IriusRisk.
• Develop and maintain secure architecture patterns and standards aligning with NIST/OWASP/CIS.
• Embed security across the SDLC and secure API design.
