Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• At least 3 years of people management experience
• Experience leading architectural design reviews and influencing standards
• 4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and automated testing frameworks
• 5+ years of experience with front-end JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks
• 5+ years of experience creating APIs (synchronous and asynchronous)
• 9+ years of experience coding in two or more languages (Go, Java, JS/TS, Python, Rust, C#, Scala)

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers
• Mentor engineering talent and contribute to technical strategy
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions
• Lead teams using Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JS/TS and databases
• Drive multiple Agile teams and programs to deliver large-scale initiatives
• Define roadmaps with architecture and platform leaders
• Develop leaders and scaling plans across teams
• Ensure alignment of engineering with enterprise goals
• Design and implement large-scale, reliable cloud-native systems
