Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to partner with the Retail International business. You will lead planning, analysis, and reporting, influencing governance and profitability across a global client base.

Responsibilities include month-end close, KPI tracking, and preparing executive presentations. You will translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations and work with senior leaders to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience with progression into complex roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• Executive presence with ability to tell a compelling data story.
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear exec recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail and issue resolution.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP software such as IBM Planning Analytics; Power BI a plus; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for Retail International; manage month-end close and KPI tracking.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts, annual plans and long-range plans.
• Develop and present monthly executive financial results.
• Coordinate across orgs for clear communication lines.
• Partner with international senior leaders to drive growth insights.
• Lead ad hoc analytics projects for strategic initiatives.
• Build financial models to assess growth initiatives.
• Support and mentor peers; drive engagement in Enterprise Finance.
• Foster growth of team; contribute to enterprise finance success.
