Charles Schwab is seeking an FP&A Senior Manager to serve as a trusted partner for Schwab's Retail International business. This role drives financial planning, analysis, and governance across a complex international client base investing in U.S.

markets from abroad. The successful candidate will lead month-end close, develop executive-ready insights, and collaborate with senior leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives, while guiding peers in a fast-paced

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• Strong executive presence and ability to tell a data-driven story for executives.
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear business recommendations.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning and analysis for the Retail International organization.
• Manage month-end close, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Develop executive presentations and present monthly results.
• Coordinate across the organization for clear communication.
• Structure and lead ad hoc analytical projects to support strategic initiatives.
