Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager within Trading Services Finance to lead the revenue forecast for Schwab’s Retail Trading business. You will own and improve an established forecasting framework, analyze how trading activity, client behavior, product mix, and market conditions affect financial performance, and translate movements into senior leadership insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
7+ years of progressive Finance experience with forecasting/decision-support responsibilities.
Experience analyzing drivers and explaining material changes in performance.
Strong business acumen and the ability to defend a point of view when data is incomplete.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior leadership.
Experience using problem solving and analytics to drive actions.
Stakeholder management across Finance, business, operations, accounting, risk, or data teams.

Responsibilities
