Job summary

Tekion is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple business units. You will provide executive-level insights and partner with leadership to support strategic decisions, while mentoring a team of analysts and managers.

Responsibilities include overseeing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning; developing dashboards; driving cross-functional reviews; and ensuring timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing financial planning cycles and delivering actionable business insights
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and planning/reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Power BI)
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Introduction:

The Senior Manager, FP&A leads financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across multiple business units or corporate functions. Provides executive-level financial insights and partners with leadership to support strategic decision-making. Manages a team of analysts and drives improvements in planning tools, processes, and reporting.

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic business analysis

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred

Compensation

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance.
