Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in the Greater Cleveland area, seeks a Senior FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will partner with executives to analyze performance, develop KPIs, and support growth initiatives.

You will mentor the finance team and collaborate across Operations, Accounting, HR, and Sales to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related experience.
• Leadership experience managing teams or key financial initiatives.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and business partnering abilities.
• CPA, MBA, or CFA preferred.
