Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking a Senior Manager, Food Labeling to establish and scale our enterprise labeling program in North America. You will lead a labeling organization, partner with Regulatory, R&D, Quality, Operations, Marketing and Commercial teams, and provide regulatory judgment for complex labeling decisions.

The role requires building foundational programs, governing labeling content, and mentoring a developing labeling team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years in food labeling compliance (FDA/FSIS).
• Minimum 5 years of people management.
• Experience transforming labeling programs in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate labeling strategy and scalable programs.
• Serve as senior authority on North American labeling regulations.
• Design and improve labeling policies and governance.
• Manage enterprise nutrition and labeling database.
• Mentor labeling team and provide regulatory judgment.
• Support cross-functional new product development and reformulations.
