Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field; regulatory or pharma focus preferred.
• 10+ years in Regulatory Affairs with hands-on advertising/promotion experience.
• Proficiency in Veeva PromoMats, Veeva RIM, and eCTD workflows.
• Experience reviewing promotional materials for FDA channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy and governance for promotional, labeling, and artwork materials.
• Review and approve materials across HCP, patient, digital, and field channels.
• Maintain FDA submission readiness, including 2253 packages and advisory comments.
• Manage PRC meetings, risk-based decisions, and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate labeling implementation across materials and vendor content.
