Job summary

Siete Foods seeks a regulatory professional to oversee labeling and compliance for US products. You will manage documentation, lead certifications, and collaborate with Quality, R&D, Operations, and Brand to meet regulatory needs.

Required: 3+ years in food regulatory or labeling and FDA labeling knowledge; experience with TraceGains and nutritional software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of regulatory or labeling in food-manufacturing or CPG environments.
• Strong foundation in FDA food labeling regulations.
• Experience with supplier management software such as TraceGains and nutritional software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, approve and maintain raw material documentation for regulatory information.
• Lead certification documentation and submissions (NonGMO Project, GFCO, Whole30, Organic, etc.).
• Oversee and organize inbound documentation requests from cross-functional teams.
• Develop and approve ingredient statements and nutrition information to comply with regulations.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Operations, and Brand to verify regulatory requirements.
• Maintain regulatory alignment with manufacturing and external partners.
• Maintain digital tools and databases for regulatory document management and reporting.
• Assist with training on documentation requirements to cross-functional teams.
• Support new product development with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain finished goods specification database and update specs.
• Monitor nutrition and regulatory trends and communicate impacts.
• Support label artwork reviews ensuring regulatory compliance.
