Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent field.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Experience with SOX and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial risk management strategies and policies.
• Lead risk assessments for financial reporting amid growth, system changes, and M&A.
• Evaluate risks from new technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and automation.
• Advise senior leadership on governance, controls, and system implementations.
• Coordinate with audits and remediation efforts to close gaps.
