Job summary

Chime is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting to lead external financial reporting on the Controllership team. You will own the preparation of Form 10‑Q, 10‑K, and 8‑K filings and equity accounting under ASC 718, partnering with Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations and external auditors.

You will manage the reporting calendar, ensure SOX‑compliant processes, and drive automation of close procedures across a growing multi‑entity structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• 6+ years of accounting experience.
• Big 4 public accounting preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10‑Q, 10‑K and 8‑K).
• Manage the reporting calendar, disclosure checklists, XBRL tagging and tie‑out support files.
• Own equity accounting under ASC 718 for RSUs, options and ESPP.
