Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Manager of Financial Reporting to lead monthly financial consolidation, oversee SEC filings, and manage critical external audit relationships.

Responsibilities include strengthening the control environment, coordinating Forms 10-K/10-Q/8-K/XBRL, and guiding the team through complex financial reporting, acquisition accounting, and forecasting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA license required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience with a publicly traded company.
• Strongly preferred: Big Four/top-tier public accounting experience at Manager or Senior Manager level.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of monthly consolidation and reporting process within OneStream.
• Oversee preparation and coordination of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Form SD, and XBRL tagging requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Maintain and strengthen ICFR and SOX control environment.
• Coach, mentor, and develop accounting and finance professionals.
• Support executive management with acquisitions purchase accounting and forecasting.
