Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Reporting to oversee financial reviews and analyses for executive decision-making. You will support the accounting/FP&A close-out tasks and lead a small team of analysts to ensure accurate financial statements.

Responsibilities include coordinating multi-period closes, assisting with external audits, and integrating GL data with cost reports. Travel up to 40% may be required for project site audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance or comparable certification programs.
• CPA or CCIFP certification required.
• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.
• 1–2 years of construction experience, specifically with Percentage of Completion accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-3 financial and accounting analysts.
• Tie financial statement line items to general ledger and cost reports.
• Manage the financial statement audit.
• Understand debits/credits, cash flow statements, balance sheets, income statements, and footnotes.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Support external audits by preparing schedules and answering auditors’ questions.
• Perform account reconciliations and book monthly activity.
