Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Laboratory Operations, Sample Management, Supply Chain, Facilities, and Procurement to drive financial performance and operational excellence. You will lead forecasting, reporting, and analyses translating activity into financial results and identifying risks and opportunities.

This role focuses on building scalable dashboards and executive-level reports, leveraging Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and analytics platforms to support AOP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Operations Finance, or related financial analysis experience.
• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and operational finance.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business decisions through data-driven analysis.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Query, Snowflake, SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close activities and ensure accurate reporting for assigned departments.
• Own the monthly forecasting process including revenue and expenses.
• Partner with operational leaders to understand drivers and identify risks/opportunities.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Analyze key operational metrics to explain variances versus AOP/forecast.
• Support AOP, quarterly forecasts, MB Rs/QBRs.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
• Improve forecasting methodologies and KPI governance.
• Lead cross-functional analyses for productivity and cost optimization.
• Support SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Perform strategic financial modeling and ad hoc analyses.
