Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, etc.) in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including accounting, legal, and investor relations—to ensure timely and accurate disclosures.
• Review and draft financial statements and disclosures, including footnotes and MD&A sections for external reporting.
• Monitor and interpret changes in SEC and GAAP guidance, advising leadership on reporting implications and ensuring compliance.
• Enhance reporting processes and tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting or public accounting (Big 4 a plus)
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations (Regs S-K, S-X, etc.)
• Proficient in financial reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, Oracle, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration skills
