Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and enhance their financial reporting functions. This full-time position involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and optimizing financial systems for accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer and streamline financial information systems, with a focus on data integrity and security.
• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial reports and analyses to leadership.
• Develop and implement forecasting models and costing tools to drive growth and profitability.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, emphasizing accuracy and productivity.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical, technical problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong follow-through.
• Proven track record in process improvement and results achievement.
