As a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis you will lead the global Nuclear Fuel FP&A function and serve as a strategic finance partner to business and functional leadership. You will transform FP&A from a reporting-focused organization into a value creation engine by standardizing planning and performance-management processes, automating routine reporting, and improving data visibility. You will report to the Vice President, CFO, Nuclear Fuel and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.
Lead the global FP&A agenda for Nuclear Fuel. This includes annual business planning, long-range planning, monthly forecasting, scenario analysis, and executive performance reviews. These reviews cover the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Execute the FP&A transformation roadmap. Simplify and standardize core processes, eliminate non-value-added work, automate recurring reporting, and establish scalable governance, calendars, templates, and controls.
Build an integrated, KPI-driven performance management system that connects commercial execution and market demand with manufacturing, cost, working capital, cash flow, and capital deployment. Translate results into clear actions, owners, and expected financial outcomes.
Partner with business, operations, commercial, and finance leaders to identify performance gaps and evaluate risks and opportunities. Additionally, challenge assumptions and develop actions that improve revenue, profitability, cash generation, and return on investment.
Improve SAP BPC-based planning, consolidation, and management reporting. Partner with Finance Systems and IT to improve data integrity, reporting speed, user adoption, automation, and a source of truth, including use of Power BI and advanced Excel.
Lead monthly and quarterly analysis of actual results versus plan, forecast, and prior year. Explain operational and financial drivers, including volume, price, mix, conversion cost, manufacturing variances, SG&A, inventory, working capital, capital spending, and cash flow.
Develop executive-ready insights, decision materials, dashboards, and financial models for Nuclear Fuel leadership and enterprise reviews. Communicate complex issues with a concise, fact-based point of view and clear recommendations.
Lead the FP&A team. Establish clear accountability, strengthen analytical and business-partnering capabilities, and create capacity for higher-value work through standardization, automation, and talent development.
Maintain a control environment and ensure planning and reporting processes align with company policies, accounting principles, and internal-control requirements.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading teams, transformation projects, or enterprise-wide processes.
CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred or equivalent advanced finance or accounting qualification.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $126,000 to $157,500 per year.
