Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager in the Financial and Regulatory Reporting Team to oversee regulatory filings and financial reporting for mutual funds and ETFs. You will manage third-party administrators, ensure timely filings, and partner with Legal, Portfolio Management, and other partners to support new product initiatives.
The role requires strong knowledge of SEC forms (N-CSR, N-PORT, N-CEN) and experience with iXBRL.

The Financial and Regulatory Reporting Team function within Schwab Asset Management (SAM) is responsible for oversight of the following functions with respect to the proprietary mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and bank collective trust funds: Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual oversight of shareholder reports and holdings and financial statements, and regulatory reporting.
The Financial and Regulatory Reporting Team is expanding to cover additional product types and is looking for a Senior Manager to support their growing team. This new position will play a key role in providing oversight of a third-party administrator, ensuring regulatory filings are made timely and accurately through leading reporting cycles, managing audits, authorizing filings, and keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and changes. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with external vendors, Portfolio Management, SAM Fund Administration Teams, Legal and other departments on an ongoing basis and will be an active participant in new product initiatives and current product changes. This will be an individual contributor role and will report to a Director People Leader in the team.
