Job summary

Linn-Benton Community College seeks an experienced Financial Aid Administrator to support the Senior Director in managing the Office of Financial Aid and Veterans. You will coordinate financial aid operations, ensure compliance, and guide staff through verification, packaging, and post-packaging processes.

This role provides Banner system leadership, reconciliations, program coordination with OSU/LBCC, and staff supervision to deliver accurate student aid and reporting in a dynamic college

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree and five to six years of full-time related financial aid work experience; supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of financial aid rules, regulations, and Banner system; ability to supervise staff.
• Experience with accelerated programs, fund management, and reporting; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance and specialized program oversight for federal/state aid.
• Lead Banner system leadership and ensure daily workflow across Banner, ED Connect, and related applications.
• Coordinate OSU/LBCC dual degree partnership program processes and liaise with partner offices.
• Develop and deliver financial aid documentation and staff training.
• Supervise staff and act as backup for the Office of Financial Aid and Veterans.
