• Experience with Aerospace and Defense and Government Contract clients.
• CPA certification and relevant degree in accounting/finance or related.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement oversight and interaction with client executives and sponsors to achieve satisfaction.
• Be accessible, anticipate client needs, questions and issues.
• Schedule deadlines to meet client expectations for delivery and quality.
• Interact with senior client personnel and lead proposals and presentations for new engagements.
• Develop and maintain relationships across offices and service lines to grow client opportunities.
• Drive profitability, billing and risk controls while managing staffing and scope.
• Mentor staff and contribute to recruitment and development efforts.
• Represent the firm in professional organizations to create new business opportunities.
