You'll drive data governance, reporting enhancements, and operational analytics while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or consulting within finance shared services or enterprise operations.
• Experience mentoring and developing direct reports or project teams.
• BS or BA in Business, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a vision and roadmap for transforming finance operations—procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report and adjacent processes.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership, IS&T, PMO, and regional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Drive initiatives to improve data governance, reporting capabilities, and the use of operational analytics while maintaining internal controls and compliance.
