Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a senior FP&A leader for the DSD South Business Unit in Frisco, TX.
This role partners with the BU Senior Director of Finance to translate performance into actionable insights and drive financial discipline across the organization. You will lead planning, forecasting, and performance management, build executive-ready dashboards, and influence cross-functional teams to optimize revenue, OPEX, margin, and cost-to-serve.
This role is a strategic support role for the DSD South Business unit reporting to the BU Senior Director of Finance and serves as a senior FP&A resource for the Business Unit. The position will help support BU financial planning, performance management, business analysis, and leadership decision-making while strengthening visibility, accountability, and financial discipline across the business.
The ideal candidate will operate as a trusted partner to the BU Senior Director of Finance and BU leadership, translating financial results and business trends into clear insights and actionable recommendations. This role requires strong FP&A discipline, analytical rigor, executive communication, and the ability to influence a matrixed field organization.
