Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking an Finance Business Services Administrative Coordinator to support the VP of Financial Business Services and drive multiple projects. This hybrid role is based in Frisco, TX, with in-office days Tuesday to Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.
The candidate should handle calendars, travel, and budget tasks while maintaining accuracy and proactive communication. Responsibilities include event planning, budget reconciliation, handling inquiries, and PO creation
Finance Business Services Administrative Coordinator reports directly to the VP of Financial Business Services and will contribute to the Financial Business Services (FBS) team by providing administrative support and a multitude of special project support throughout FBS. This role is a high volume and impact position, which requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with frequent interruption, demonstrated accountability, aggressiveness, adaptability and maturity, independent decision-making, and forward thinking. The successful candidate will be highly self‑motivated, energetic and able to work independently.
