Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Manager of Product Operations for Frontier Systems. You will lead multiple Product Operations teams, shaping sustainment, service quality, and fielded product reliability across the division.

The role requires 8+ years of leadership in complex technical systems and a strong track record in incident workflows, program management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, program teams, and executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience managing, mastering, and supporting complex technical systems (robotics, aerospace, defense, automotive, or other electromechanical domains).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, OR equivalent hands-on technical experience (military, industrial, or field support).
• Experience leading managers and multi-team organizations, with accountability for outcomes across more than one product line or program.
• Experience owning incident-driven workflows at a standard-setting level, including triage, diagnosis, severity assignment, escalation, and resolution across a fielded fleet.
• Enough technical depth to follow the work of engineers and specialists supporting fielded robotic and electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Operations across the Frontier Systems portfolio, managing multiple teams and driving the growth of sustainment capability and resourcing across the division.
• Own service quality for external customers and internal Anduril teams, ensuring work is understood and executed as intended.
• Scale support across the portfolio, extending coverage to new products and programs as they mature.
• Align headcount demand to measured support volume and product delivery schedules with annual planning.
• Own the workflow turning field failures into actionable signals for engineering and reliability teams.
• Establish and enforce standards for triage, diagnosis, escalation, and resolution of incidents.
• Outline and sponsor initiatives to mature the function and define end state and success metrics.
• Serve as the interface for support requirements for new and expanding programs and define contracts/pricing.
• Brief executive stakeholders on fleet health, reliability trends, and sustainment costs.
• Travel up to 20% and support field operations as needed.
