Job summary

The State of Indiana is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Field Consultant team within the Indiana Child Support Bureau. You will manage statewide relationships with County Prosecutors and Clerks, guiding policy and practice for the IV‑D program and ensuring alignment with federal performance metrics.

With 10+ years in a related role, you will oversee staff training, county visits, and project initiatives, presenting outreach materials to partner agencies and acting as a subject

Qualifications

• Experience with Title IV-D is required.
• Demonstrated team leadership in government, human services, or legal environments.
• Strong understanding of child support program operations.
• Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to represent programs at professional conferences or public forums.
• Capacity to delegate, manage stakeholders, and drive program goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide Field Consultant team and maintain county partner relationships.
• Provide guidance on child support policies, practices, and program expectations.
• Conduct county visits and training for Prosecutor and Clerk staff.
• Monitor county performance and coordinate program reviews.
• Serve as SME for CSB and ISETS projects and participate in implementation activities.
• Represent the program at conferences, meetings, and stakeholder events.
