Job summary

Axionova Engineering Ltd. is seeking a Manager of Contracting Operations to lead and scale our field engineering teams. This role blends leadership, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure efficient delivery of field services.

You will report to the Director of Operations and work to optimize workflows and support team growth. Ideal candidates will have extensive operations-management experience, a track record of building high-performing teams, and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Deep experience leading operations teams in field service or engineering.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and improve service delivery.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the field operations team and 8–10 engineers.
• Define SLAs, manage quality standards, and optimize workflows.
• Automate field processes and balance workload across tasks.
• Improve scheduling, reporting, and data analysis tools.
• Analyze field data and provide actionable insights to improve services.
