Job summary

Axionova Engineering Limited is seeking a reliable Field Operator to join our on-site team, overseeing equipment, systems, and machinery across multiple field sites. You will work with engineers to ensure safe, efficient operations and address field challenges promptly.

You will perform routine maintenance, collect operational data, report findings, and support continuous improvement while adhering to safety standards and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Field operations experience in industrial, oil and gas, or engineering settings preferred.
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting field equipment; knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and process documentation.
• Experience with data collection, performance reporting, and safety protocols.
• Physical ability to work in varied environments and lift heavy objects when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment on-site to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Record operational data and prepare daily/weekly reports for decision-making.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards; conduct safety inspections.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement improvements in field operations.
