Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic initiatives that align with our goals. The role requires strong change management and learning expertise, plus accountability for revenue and/or margins.

You will coach and develop staff, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and leverage data analytics to improve performance. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership or related field.
• 8-10 years total combined work experience including people management, operations management, consulting management, project or program management.
• Must be U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership or related field
• 8-10 year's total combined work experience, including: people management, operational management, consulting management, project or program management
• Must have leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
• Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications
• Are able to travel to customer sites, when required
• Be able to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Emotional Intelligence and leadership training
• Experience in learning, and/or change management experience, preferably health care information technology (HCIT) consulting with a major healthcare organization or large-scale IT transformation project
• Experience in talent identification, interviewing hiring and skills development
• Certification: Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Change Management, Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Experience with contract and scoping
• Experience with Federal or Public Sector customers
• A strong health care acumen
