Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, External Innovation & Partnerships to lead technology strategy and partner engagement for enterprise tech initiatives. The role focuses on identifying high-potential tech companies across AI, software, data, security, and cloud domains to advance J&J’s enterprise priorities.

The candidate will craft theses, manage a partner pipeline, and drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, and business teams.

Qualificações

• 4–6+ years in enterprise tech, strategy, product, or related roles.
• Strong familiarity with enterprise software, AI/ML, data platforms, security, or cloud infra.
• Ability to build a thesis on emerging tech and translate to partnerships.
• Proven experience communicating to executives and influencing decisions.
• Experience building relationships with startups, vendors, labs, and internal tech stakeholders.
• Comfort translating between engineering, product, business, and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop technology theses and ecosystem insights for enterprise IT.
• Define sourcing hypotheses, evaluation criteria, and partner workflows.
• Create guidance and templates for evaluating external partners.
