Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Technology Engagement to shape Technology’s external and internal narratives. You will lead a team of Engagement Leaders, align narratives with enterprise goals, and advise CIO leadership on strategic storytelling and communications across AI, transformation, and operating model topics.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in executive communications, strategic communications, employee engagement, organizational transformation, or related field.
• Experience advising senior executives and developing communications for high-visibility leadership forums.
• Proven ability to translate complex Technology topics into clear narratives.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience establishing communications/engagement operating models, governance, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a cohesive Technology engagement strategy aligned with enterprise priorities and business outcomes.
• Develop integrated narrative architecture connecting technology-wide communications.
• Shape executive narratives that articulate technology strategy, priorities, and impact.
• Lead a team of Engagement Leaders and set the function’s direction and standards.
• Establish scalable, AI-enabled approaches for executive communications and engagement.
• Collaborate with CIO Communications and Global Corporate Affairs on external engagements.
