Job summary

THE·TEAM in New York is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Services to lead medium to large-scale experiential projects from brief to execution. You will manage client relationships, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and oversee budgets up to $1.5M, working with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.

The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in an agency setting, preferably in experiential, sports or entertainment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years agency experience in experiential, sports or entertainment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; client-facing relation building.
  • Familiarity with motorsports/F1 and Golf spaces a major plus.
  • Ability to lead projects end-to-end and manage budgets up to $1.5M.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of medium/large-scale experiential projects.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee budgets and forecasting for activations ranging from $500K to $1.5M.
  • Coordinate with account teams and production groups to meet client objectives.
  • Balance workload across up to three concurrent activations.

For more information, please visit THE.TEAM .Job OverviewThe Senior Manager, Client Services is an integral position within THE·TEAM’s Experiential department, responsible for the successful delivery of agency projects, from brief to execution. The Senior Manager, Client Services will ensure that all of the client deliverables and project milestones are delivered on-time, on-budget and of a quality expected by THE·TEAM and its clients.What You'll DoLead the development and execution of medium/large-scale projects with support from an account team and oversight from an associate account director/senior director.Multi-task and prioritize own work, while also coordinating with others to meet deadlines and project milestones.Strategically plan workflows based upon deliverables. Understands the nuances of how certain tasks affect others, and prioritizes those items to keep projects moving along.Able to efficiently and effectively move information around the project to keep team on track.Operate in an organized manner, even under tight deadlines.Manage day-to-day client relationships, establishing credibility and anticipating client needs.Balance workload of multiple projects, overseeing up to (3) activations at once.Work in a collaborative manner with all THE·TEAM account teams to ensure flawless project delivery against the client’s objectives and agreed upon budget.Ensure projects are correctly budgeted for to meet expected financial targets.Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets of $500K-$1.5M.Understand the landscape for each client’s business/sector as well as the context for their investments.Create a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment that aligns with THE·TEAM company culture and values.Troubleshoot and creative problem solve throughout projects with production and creative teams.Follow all project processes and procedures to uphold quality standards.What We're Looking ForMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree4+ years relevant agency experience (preferably in the experiential, sports or entertainment field)Familiarity with the motorsports/F1 and Golf spaces a major plusAbility to remain calm under pressure, work on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlinesPossesses exceptional written and oral communication skillsCapable of navigating tough issues and influencing those involved toward a desired outcomeAbility to foresee issues developing before they arise and develop a solution as neededMust be comfortable working as an integral part of a team environmentContinuously demonstrates solution-oriented mentality; adapts easily to problemsFocused and strong-minded with an ambition to help grow the companyLeads and inspires other team members and generate positive moraleAbility to multi-task and prioritize workload while coordinating with others to proactively meet deadlinesThrives in a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude at all timesStrong attention to detail and highly organizedBase salary range: $68K - $80K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to: market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
