THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Manager on the New Business and Internal Opportunities team to oversee delivery of large-scale experiential marketing projects from brief to execution, coordinating operations, logistics, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget results.
You will collaborate with account teams, manage vendor relationships, build client trust, mentor the production team, and contribute to business development with existing and new clients.

The Senior Manager on the New Business and Internal Opportunities team services a range of clients and event deliverables. As THE•TEAM has grown and expanded, so too has the need to service clients who are interested in adding Experiential Marketing to their scope. Working across new business proposals, creating events based off vague briefs and working in the grey is part of what this team does! This team works with nearly all other departments and is looking for its next rock star. The Senior Manager is an integral position on the Experiential team and responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of various aspects of agency projects, from brief to execution. This role will ensure that all project relevant resources including operations and logistics are allocated and delivered on-time, on-budget and of a quality expected by THE•TEAM and its clients. Additionally, this role will contribute to the department operations, processes, budgeting (for live projects and pitches), agency quality control, third-party supplier management as well as continually mentoring and developing the Production Team members.
Base salary range: $60-80K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
