Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security-related field.
• At least 10 years in corporate security with 5 in a managerial role.
• At least 7 years in Executive Protection, Law Enforcement, or related security fields.
• Certifications: ATAP CTM, ASIS PSP/CPP or equivalent within 1 year.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, team leadership and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of corporate security and executive protection.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Executive Protection Program, aligning with protection goals.
• Design and implement travel security protocols, secure transport and contingencies.
• Provide investigative support on workplace violence, threat intelligence, or related investigations.
• Liaise with internal partners and external resources such as law enforcement and industry peers.
• Oversee vendor contracts and budgets; maintain accurate financials within budget.
• Manage audits of enterprise sites for compliance with guidelines.
• Analyze and summarize recommendations for site audits.
• Develop, streamline, and implement safety and emergency programs; travel up to 20%.
