This role is a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end event strategy at a fast-scaling, mission-driven company. As Senior Manager of Events, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing impactful event experiences across key industry conferences, hosted gatherings, and executive-level engagements. Accountabilities:

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of B2B events across multiple verticals and segments
• Manage end-to-end logistics including event selection, vendor coordination, booth design, and lead capture
• Partner closely with commercial, creative, and content teams to align events with business and branding goals
• Design engaging and effective event experiences to generate and nurture high-quality leads
• Track KPIs, analyze post-event performance, and optimize future event investments
• Deliver polished, brand-consistent event activations on time and within budget

• 5–10 years of experience managing B2B event strategy and logistics, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or high-growth sectors
• Proven ability to execute multiple events simultaneously with a focus on detail, speed, and quality
• Hands-on experience with booth builds, vendor negotiation, event tech, and logistics management
• Strong collaboration and project management skills with cross-functional teams
• Strategic mindset with an eye for data, optimization, and continuous improvement
