What You'll Be Doing :
As a Senior Manager on our Next Gen team, you will serve clients at a high level and lead a team through sophisticated trust and estate planning needs. This is more than basic estate planning - it's working with a variety of stakeholders including outside attorneys, the client, and other professionals on the client's team to determine valuation of companies, deed research and cash flow analysis, real estate, mineral interests and real estate appraisers, entity formation, addressing succession issues, and serving as a key point of contact for all the things necessary for successful client plan implementation.
Collaborate with leaders across the firm who look to your expertise in delivering accurate and high-quality planning. You'll serve a diverse group of business owners with successful backgrounds in a variety of different industries to implement estate planning and work on entity reorganization.

Compensation : In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications / licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 to $200,000.
Remote Eligibility : This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at a Pinion office or attendance at offsites, as requested / required by the firm and / or your supervisor. While the position is Remote Eligible, you must live in a state where Pinion has a registered entity and is actively hiring. Click here for the up-to-date list of excluded states.
