You will lead portions of the product strategy roadmap, guiding innovation across US equities and options markets and presenting to senior leadership. The role combines market structure expertise, quantitative analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to translate research into concrete product concepts and growth opportunities for the trading and listings businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years in electronic trading, exchange operations, or trading research.
• Excellent understanding of US equity and/or options market structure and limit order book dynamics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; Tableau a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive parts of the group's product strategy roadmap across NYSE's equities and options business lines, from ideation through execution.
• Design and build innovative quantitative methods to analyze trading data, model market dynamics, and surface actionable insights that inform product development.
• Identify key market structure trends and emerging opportunities, translating research findings into concrete product concepts and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to refine the product roadmap.
• Regularly engage with NYSE senior management to present research findings and product proposals.
