Job summary

N3B Los Alamos is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Environmental Remediation organization in Los Alamos, NM. You will oversee planning and execution of high-hazard projects, including characterization, environmental remediation, D&D, waste management, and infrastructure maintenance, coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance, and ESHQ teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and 10+ years relevant experience.
• 5+ years supervising technical staff.
• Expert knowledge of high hazard facility operations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs planning and execution of characterization, remediation, D&D, waste management and facility maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with DOE, federal/state standards and safety requirements.
• Leads multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Maintenance, ESH&Q) and budget management.
